Robert Kolb specializes in providing turnaround, crisis management, and financial advisory services to distressed and underperforming businesses. He brings practical solutions to companies through his experience in cash management, financial analysis, financial forecasting, interim management, creditor negotiations, and restructuring plan development and execution. He has advised both debtors and creditor institutions and has experience in a variety of industries, including automotive, heavy equipment, general manufacturing, retail, and payment processing. Additionally, he has acted as interim management of a distressed private equity fund in which Conway MacKenzie was named the interim general partner.
Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie, Mr. Kolb was a member of Giuliano Miller & Co. LLC. During this time, Mr. Kolb implemented turnaround plans, facilitated Section 363 sales and liquidations, provided financial advisory services to Bankruptcy Trustees, and provided expert testimony regarding forensic accounting findings. Prior to this, Mr. Kolb was a member of Ernst & Young Corporate Finance LLC’s restructuring and turnaround practice.
Mr. Kolb received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Accounting from La Salle University School of Business, is a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor, and is a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Turnaround Management Association.
