Maggie Conner specializes in providing restructuring and case management services to distressed businesses. Ms. Conner’s experience includes advising a variety of debtors, official committees of unsecured creditors, lenders, and trustees regarding complex restructuring and litigation related matters.
Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie, Ms. Conner practiced bankruptcy law and commercial litigation at firms, including Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, and served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Jeff Bohm, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Texas.
Ms. Conner earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center. Ms. Conner holds memberships in the Bankruptcy Sections of the Houston Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas.
