Leon Bunch has more than 20 years experience in providing businesses with financial, operational management, and turnaround services in industries such as steel, automotive, and construction.
Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie, Mr. Bunch was a Principal at Barefoot, Cramer & Associates, LLC where he assisted many companies with successful restructurings, cost reduction strategies, implementing performance improvement plans, and supplier negotiations and resourcing. He also operated as an interim CFO at over 20 companies. Mr. Bunch's previous experience includes key roles such as Executive Vice President, General Manager, Company President, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at several companies including H.R. Krueger Machine Tool, Inc, a $25 Million Tier 1 machine tool supplier; and Air Gage Company, a $40 Million Tier 1 supplier of inspection equipment.
Mr. Bunch received both his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from Eastern Michigan University. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, the Detroit Chapter of Financial Executives Institute and the American Bankruptcy Institute. |
