Glenn Kushiner specializes in crisis management and turnaround consulting for troubled businesses both in and out of bankruptcy, with emphasis on firms in automotive manufacturing and commercial truck and trailer manufacturing. He has served as a Court Appointed Receiver for a $30 MM plastic injection molding Company operating in the automotive and medical industries with 4 facilities around the world.
In the area of litigation support services, Mr. Kushiner has experience with business valuations and quantification of economic damages. He has also supported various large and small due diligence and capital raising engagements. Mr. Kushiner was a member of the engagement team for the sale of Hastings Manufacturing which won Transaction of the Year Award from the Turnaround Management Association - Detroit Chapter.
Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie, Mr. Kushiner was a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen. He performed audit and business advisory services for manufacturing and high technology companies and provided due diligence services for client acquisitions.
Mr. Kushiner is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Turnaround Professional and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management from Albion College. He is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, the Turnaround Management Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Risk Management Association, and Association of Corporate Growth. Mr. Kushiner served on the Sponsorship Committee for the 2011 ACG Cup and was a judge for the 2011 final competition. Mr. Kushiner volunteers time to Crossroads Soup Kitchen and the American Heart Association.
