Emily Hominick specializes in providing restructuring and turnaround management services for distressed and under performing companies. Her experience includes financial and operational advisory, treasury and cash flow management, financial due diligence, out-of-court restructurings and orderly wind downs in a variety of industries including automotive, food and beverage, metals, and oil and gas. She assists companies to identify and implement financial controls, streamline cash management systems and improve cost efficiencies. Ms. Hominick has been an advisor to both debtor and creditor institutions during Chapter 11 proceedings.
Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie, Ms. Hominick was a Senior Consultant with Deloitte & Touche where she specialized in providing management and M&A transaction advisory services. Ms. Hominick received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
