Andrew Eckerman specializes in providing financial, turnaround and crisis management services to companies in a variety of industries including financial services, healthcare, retail, technology and construction.
Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie, Mr. Eckerman was an Assistant Vice President at Woodforest Financial Group where he was the Business Manager of the Services Organization and a lead professional for multi-party negotiations and Mergers & Acquisitions activity. During his time at Woodforest Mr. Eckerman's efforts resulted in over $6 Million in improved profit and a revitalization of the service organization's culture. Mr. Eckerman's other experience includes working as a Corporate Turnaround Consultant for a boutique restructuring firm and for Hanover Consulting.
Mr. Eckerman received a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University and a Master of Science in Finance from Boston College. He received his BBA from Texas State University. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
