John Kotas specializes in financial analysis, cash flow
management and financial modeling for under-performing
businesses. He provides assistance in negotiations with
customers with an emphasis on commercial issues and when
required, access and accommodation agreements. He has also
performed extensive work in bankruptcy planning and debtor in
possession financing negotiations, including debtor in
possession budgets and forecasts.
Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie & Dunleavy, Mr. Kotas was
employed for eight years in the banking industry and thirteen
years in the manufacturing industry. His tenure included
thirteen years as a Chief Financial Officer with additional
experience in various areas, including audit and commercial
lending.
Mr. Kotas has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the
Detroit College of Business. He is a member of the Turnaround
Management Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
Mr. Kotas has passed the Certified Turnaround Professional
certification exam and is awaiting certification from the
Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals. |
