Kevin Hand provides turnaround management consulting, debt
restructuring and crisis management services for
under-performing businesses. He provides assistance with
financial analysis, cash flow management and financial modeling.
He has experience in a variety of industries, particularly
automotive.
Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie & Dunleavy, Mr. Hand served
as a financial analyst for firms in the aerospace/defense and
automotive industries, and as a loan officer for a prominent
midwestern bank. As a Senior Financial Analyst at Key Plastics,
L.L.C. he was a member of the management team that led the
bankrupt company to profitability. As a Commercial Loan
Representative at Fifth Third Bank, he managed a portfolio of
distressed firms in various industries, including manufacturing,
distribution and retail.
Mr. Hand received a Bachelor of Business Administration in
Accounting from Michigan State University. He is a member of the
Turnaround Management Association, the American Bankruptcy
Institute and the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring
Advisors.
