Greg Charleston draws on over nineteen years of experience in
turnaround consulting, financial crisis management, mergers and
acquisitions, and business valuation to perform financial, cost
and profitability analysis for small to medium sized businesses.
He has worked with clients in various industries, including
transportation, aviation, publishing, retail, distribution,
construction and automotive.
Before joining Conway MacKenzie & Dunleavy, he was employed
as Vice President of Finance with, Thomson Gale, a major
publishing firm. Prior to that, he was with Ernst & Young where
he provided consulting services in the areas of corporate
restructuring and reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, and
business and asset valuation.
Mr. Charleston is a Certified Turnaround Professional,
Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
He has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of
Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He is a
member of the Turnaround Management Association, American
Bankruptcy Institute, Michigan Association of Certified Public
Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,
and the CFA Institute. |
