Timothy J. Martinez

Tim Martinez specializes in providing financial, turnaround
and crisis management services to companies in a variety of
industries.
Prior to joining CM&D, Mr. Martinez was an Associate in the
International Business Consulting group at Plante & Moran. He
has more than nine years of experience in financial analysis and
strategic development and implementation. He also has extensive
experience serving businesses in Latin America and Asia. He
spent more than one year as an interim controller and managing
director of a wholly owned Mexican subsidiary in Mexico City
designing and implementing its turnaround and restructuring.
Prior to that, he was a Senior Accountant at Wright & Moore.
Mr. Martinez received a Master of Business Administration
from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and his Bachelor
of Arts degree from St. Xavier University in International
Business and Accounting. Mr. Martinez is a Certified Public
Accountant and is a member of the Turnaround Management
Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. |
