Glenn M. Kushiner

Glenn Kushiner specializes in crisis management and
turnaround consulting for troubled businesses, with emphasis on
firms in die-casting, automotive manufacturing, and commercial
truck and trailer manufacturing. In the area of litigation
support services, Mr. Kushiner has experience with business
valuations and quantification of economic damages. He has also
supported various due diligence and capital raising engagements.
Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie and Dunleavy, Mr. Kushiner
was a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen. He performed audit and
business advisory services for manufacturing and high technology
companies and provided due diligence services for client
acquisitions.
Mr. Kushiner is a Certified Public Accountant and has a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management from Albion
College. He is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified
Public Accountants, the Turnaround Management Association, the
American Bankruptcy Institute, and volunteers time to the
American Heart Association. |
