Andrea Hoffman provides financial advisory, mergers and
acquisitions, capital raising and restructuring services to both
performing and under-performing companies.
Prior to joining CM&D Capital Advisors LLC, Ms. Hoffman spent
two years as a Valuation Analyst and Accountant with Ernst &
Young where she prepared reports including valuation
methodology, industry trends and economic outlook conditions.
Ms. Hoffman is a Certified Public Accountant and received a
Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of
Notre Dame. She completed her Bachelor of Business
Administration in Accounting at the University of Iowa. Ms.
Hoffman is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and
the American Bankruptcy Institute. |
