Martin Cauz has provided professional accounting and
consulting services to corporations of all sizes, both public
and private, for over 18 years. During the past 6 years, Mr.
Cauz has specialized on advising financially distressed
companies with corporate turnarounds, business reorganizations
and troubled debt restructurings. His turnaround management
experience includes both in and out-of-court restructurings. His
industry experience includes financial services, manufacturing,
retail, distribution, telecommunications, and technology.
Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie & Dunleavy, Mr. Cauz was a
restructuring advisor since 2002 with Marotta Gund Budd & Dzera,
LLC, a boutique restructuring firm based in New York, where his
experiences included advising and assisting companies with
evaluating and developing strategic business plans, financial
modeling, financial reporting, building and reorganizing
corporate teams; performing due diligence, litigation support,
and identifying and implementing cost savings strategies.
Mr. Cauz received his Bachelor of Arts from Moravian College.
He is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and
Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Cauz is a member of the
Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, Turnaround
Management Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey
Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
